Typezo is RFP response software for US solicitations, sold as one workspace with the help desk included. The invoice follows the line items below: one dedicated instance, one KMS key, one rate, and the help desk at no extra line. Failed runs leave the total alone.
What the invoice follows
One workspace is $599 per month on the annual plan, billed $7,188 per year. List price is $899 per month. There is no separate seat price and no separate help desk line; the tender workspace is one login, and the help desk adds named member, agent and admin roles from a deployment allowlist in this version. SSO and custom domains are not built yet.
The billing unit is tokens, not requests. Each workspace includes 5M billable tokens per month, counted by the model gateway and weighted by a per-model multiplier. Input and output are both billable. Tokens above the included 5M are $15 per 1M, billed monthly from the gateway’s own count rather than an estimate.
Two things never reach the invoice. A run that cannot pass verification is not billed, and reused work is free. A run that fails verification also cannot be exported as clean, which is the product’s whole point: paying for a run that did not verify would be paying for the failure.
Scope of one workspace
English, US solicitations. One solicitation plus up to 20 company documents per workspace. Exports are a compliance matrix (XLSX) and a requirement-by-requirement draft (DOCX). Narrative sections are not generated; Typezo does one part of a bid, the part where an answer has to stand on a document.
The technical detail behind each line item — how a run moves from upload to a compliance matrix, what the tool will not do, and how a customer’s documents and knowledge base are kept — is on the technical details page. Data handling is on the security and data page.
